The Carlton Manor hotel is a 19th Century manor house, set in the depths of the beautiful East Suffolk countryside. It has 14 comfortable bedrooms, a recently refurbished bar and restaurant, and two function rooms the Manor and the Colville which can accommodate up to 200 and 70 guests respectively.

Located next to the seaside town of Lowestoft, the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore some of the finest areas of East Anglia; from the beautiful Broads to the attractions of Norwich, Great Yarmouth and beautiful Suffolk countryside. If you are so inclined you could plan your spring vacation in 'Constable Country' and attend the Spring Lustration at the same time.

THE MANOR ROOM

The Manor Room is the larger of our function suites, and is ideal for weddings, large parties and celebrations with either a buffet or sit down meal. The Manor Suite will cater up to a maximum of 180 guests for a sit down meal or 200 guests standing. The suite is entirely self contained with its own entrance, bar, dance floor and Ladies & Gents cloakrooms

THE COLVILLE ROOM

The smaller of function rooms is ideal for smaller parties, business meetings, private dinner parties or children’s birthday parties. The Colville Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit meal, or 70 guests standing. Guests using the Colville Room will have access to the hotel’s main bar and reception areas.
